Camping

Is it forbidden to have a barbeque ?

No, it is allowed , but only if you use a proper barbeque in your own pitch.. No open fires are allowed to do outside the plot.

Is it posible to rent a refridgerator ??

Yes, the campsite has the renting service for refridgerators at the INFO-POINT.

If we arrive with two cars,, can both cars go in?

No, in every pitch it is only allowed to have one car or campervan, with a maximum of 6 persons. Therefore in the case of two cars ,, for the second car you have to pay the parking place outside..

Bungalows

Is ther Air Condittioning in the bungalows??

Yes, in our bungalows Tamariu, Tamariu Suites, Fluvià, Empúries to Mediterráneo.

Are there baby-beds?

Yes, we have cots free of charge but you must ask for them when you make your booking.

Are dogs or domestic animals allowed at the bungalows?

No, any domestic animal is allowed to enter into the bungalow.

Is someone coming to clean the bungalow ? ?

No, Nobody comes. You have to do your own cleanliness . Only we clean at the entry.. If the bungalow is not clean at the departure time, part of the warranty deposit will be charged .

At what time should I lleft the bungalow?

Before 10 h. Although you can enjoy our facilities until 20 h.h

Plots

Are the plots equipped with fresh water?

Only PLUS plots. You have to ask the right connection for caravans at reception.

What type of electrical connection have the plots?

Plus plots have European connection (de 3 puntos) de 10 amp. Standard plots, have normal connection (2 puntos) pointsmpof

Dogs

Do I need to bring the medical certificates of my dog with me ?

Yes. You need to present them at the arrvial in our reception , Furthermore , you need to cumply the regulations of the campsite regarding dogs.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, during the whole season. Even so, from 26/6 to 31/8 aprox., there is a special zone for all our customers with dogs.In bunglalows dogs are not allowed.

Are dogs allowed on the beach?

According to Sant Pere Pescador City Council, dogs are not allowed on the beach during bath time.

Bookings

How do I make a booking?

You can always book through our website . And You can also book through ” customer area”, where you can register.

Can I pay with credit card during my stay?

No, but you have two money dispensers 24 hours. We also accept Travelers Cheques.

Can I check in at any time?

You can check in at any time but only from 07.00 a.m to 00.00 p.m. you can go inside with your caravan or car.

When do I have to leave the pitch?

Before 12 p.m .

What time do I have to leave the bungalow?

At 10 h.

Do you rent Pitches for the whole summer?

No

Is there any public transport at the campsite?

No. The nearest train station is 20 km. Taxi services are available.

Do I have to pay all my stay even if I leave before ?

Yes concerning to Bungalows or pitches Plus , But not in the case of Standard pitches , ..

Do you have some type of discount for ticket ADAC, ANWB, etc.?

No, the only discount we do is for pensioners.

Entertainment and Leisure

Is necessary to pay the activities of fitness ?

No, but you have to show the camping card .

Are there spectacles or activities for children?

Yes, there are several kinds of spectacles and activities, for children and for adults, .However the activities and programms frequency are different according to the season.

The discotheque, is of payment?

Yes , though it is cheaper having the Moby pass that we give you at the check-in.

Is it possible to rent bicycles?

Yes, we have several types of fees, per hour, per day, per week and a special offer if you have booked a bungalow.

Have I to register for the meetings of fitness?

No, it is not necessary. You can go directly to the session.

From what age children are accepted at the Mini Club?

From 4 years old.

Is there a day care Service?

Which kind of advantages have I being gold client?

You can reserve a plot without having to pay money in advance and besides you can reserve a place 20 days before your arrival. In addition you have discounts in the plots price depending the season and 10% discount on the Self-Service .

From when I am a gold card client ?

When you have come during 4 over a period of 7 , years, the fifth time you will receive the gold card.
