(High intensity/cardio). It is the most popular indoor aerobic activity of the last decade. Just needs some music, bikes and the funkiest trainer, but at Beach Box Gym we have a big difference, lesson is on the beach, with a fantàstic view to the sea.
(High intensity/strength-fitness). The ideal activity, together with Spinning, for all people looking for an intensive workout but suitable for beginners and experts. We will search for our body límits but without using heavy weights. We will pull sleds, work with heavy balls and will follow high intensity exercises.
(High intensity/strength-fitness). The most intensive training, only suitable for those who look for trespassing the límits and would go-for-it even during their holiday. The X-fit training is relatively new in the gym scene but it’s growing strong. It is recommended to have had some previous experience with this kind of training before trying or, at least, have done one of the Endurance lessons.
ABS & GLUTS
(Moderate intensity/toning). The best training for the waist down area using functional exercises.
(Moderate intensity/toning / proprioception – body control). Training to gain strength and balance using bosus, fitballs, TRX and our own body weight.
FLEX & BALANCE
(low intensity). Activity combining Yoga & Pilates exercises among other stretching techniques during a very dynamic lesson, your body will be ready for the next working out lesson or just to make your body feel better.
YOGA & SUP YOGA
(low intensity). Yoga is a discipline, not just a sport, because it is not only meant to increase body’s flexibility but to relax and empower the mind as well. During the hot summer months we are introducing SUP YOGA, a new innovative activity (yoga is done on top of a paddle surf board) at the main swimming pool adding a balance workout to the lesson.
