Measures and Protocols season 2020

Dear friends,

Given the current situation, we would like to share the measures we have taken to guarantee a safe and relaxed holiday, everyone’s health and well-being is now our priority, that’s why we want to share with you our excitement for being able, once again, of enjoying our beautiful natural environment.

The measures we have adopted are based on the application of the health protocol prepared by the Spanish Quality Tourist Institute (ICTE) commissioned by the Secretary of State for Tourism and approved by the Ministry of Health.

This document will change according to new protocols and measures suggested by the Ministry.

Here below there are specific descriptions of these measures taken by the different services and areas:

Staff protection measures

All our staff will have and wear all the necessary equipment to avoid any possible contagion. EPI’S (hydroalcoholic gel, masks, gloves, clear face plastic-screens….)
Adequate training will be carried out, so that each worker fully understands their tasks, the risks involved and their social responsibility towards their peers and their customers.
PCR blood tests are carried out periodically on our staff throughout the season.
Installation of informative signage for the correct fulfillment of the sanitary specifications and especially, to meet social distance standards and maximum capacity of the camping facilities.

Reception

Installation of hydroalcoholic gel dispenser at the entrance of the reception, as well as the signaling of security zones, capacity and safety distances to be kept.
Installation of protective clear plastic screens to cover the workplaces
Online check-in solutions have been implemented to minimize contact with clients upon arrival at the campsite. (each customer will be informed per email on how it works a few days before the arrival date).
The water / drain connectors can be purchased in different places throughout the camping site. (infopoint, minimarket, oasis bar, xiringuito bar ).

Info-point

Protective screens and hydroalcoholic gel dispenser.
The request for information about trips and activities by phone will be prioritized.
Given the current circumstances, no rental material will be available. (tennis and / or paddle)

Shared Areas and camping plots

Disinfection and cleaning of the garbage containers every time bags are removed.
Periodically and depending on the number of users, disinfection of the entrance and exit areas of the toilet buildings.
Playground areas will remain open or closed depending of what the health authorities establish.

Toilet Buildings

Capacity limitations set in each building to guarantee the safety distance.
Installation of hydroalcoholic gel and / or disinfectant gel dispensers.
Establish of in and out routes throughout the building with single way in and way out.
The usual continuous cleaning schedule will be carried out with an additional disinfection schedule.
Technical close of each building at different times during the day for additional disinfection.
The use of sinks will be limited and those necessary will be blocked to ensure the safety distance is kept.

Bungalows

Entering the bungalow on the check-in day won’t be possible until 5 p.m (17:00).
Regular cleaning with anti-virus products and disinfectants plus an extra disinfection before giving clearance for next guests.
Delivery of keys, bracelets and documentation in a sealed envelope at check-in.
Supervision of the building at the same time of departure from the accommodation (Check-out) and refund of the guarantee deposit by bank transfer.
The television and air conditioning (remote) controls will be disinfected and will be delivered in airtight plastic bags.
At the time of departure, customer will place all the bedding and all the towels in 2 separate bags that will be provided during the check-in process.

Restaurants & Bars

Restaurants and bars at Oasis and Xiringuito, will adapt to maximum capacity established by the health authorities, reservation is mandatory.
Digital menus using QR codes.
Online reservation system: Possibility of ordering from the different menus and made them to-go prior reservation.
Limited capacity. Reservation in advance is mandatory to keep social security distance.
Installation of disinfectant gel dispensers at all restaurant entrances.

Supermarket and fruit market

The use of gloves is mandatory to access, gloves will be available at the entrance

Shops

Installation of hydroalcoholic gel dispenser at the entrances, as well as capacity limitation and safety distance signs.
In the “Beach Shop”, any clothe tried out by a customer will be disinfected and quarantined.
Changing room will be cleaned and disinfected after each use.

Spa Oxigen

Hydroalcoholic gel dispenser installation at the entrance and at strategic points throughout the building.
All material to be used is disposable and for single use.
Prior any treatment, we will carry out a short questionnaire regarding your state of health in recent days, as well as the temperature taking. Given any indicator or symptomatology, the treatment cannot be carried out.
Client appointments will be carefully arranged to avoid and limit overlap between them and also have enough time between appointments to proceed with cleaning and disinfection of areas previously used by other customers.
For safety reasons, those treatments that require contact with the facial area will not be offered. The use of a facial mask is required for all treatments.
Access to the water circuit has a maximum duration of 60 minutes, being limited to one family household and under the same reservation.

Animation

Activities everywhere: adaptation of activities and shows throughout the resort to comply with safety health protocols.
Adaptation of all animation programs. One of them available on-line to do activities, sports and follow workshops from the TV in your bungalow or from the common areas at any time of the day.
Limitation of the Mini Club capacity and use of other spaces during the activities.
Online registration for all activities with the launch of a new app: individual, sports and children’s and family workshops.
Disinfection before, during and after each activity of all common material used during an activity. When possible used of disposable and one use only material for all participants.
Development of new activities that avoid direct contact and respect the safety distance.
The Musical night & shows will continue to liven up the summer nights, always respecting the maximum capacity authorized at that time.

Swimmingpool

Safety distances of 2 m will be established between deck chairs of different families.
Each deck chair will be disinfected after its used.
Clients should respect the personal safety distance in common areas.
The location of personal items such as towels, will be carried out in a way that guarantees a 2m security perimeter compared to other users.
Limited capacity in the water. The lifeguards will be in charge of controlling the capacity inside the swimming pool as well as the safety distance rules, indicating when it is not possible to bath.
Regular disinfection of common spaces with specific anti-virucidal products.
Extra PH level controls of swimming pools water.

Beach

When the campsite is open, bathing on the beach will be allowed. This will not bring any difficulty.
Our beach is wide and long and this makes it easier to establish the safety distances. Clients are encouraged to respect them.
Clients are encouraged to use the existing litter bins to maintain the beach clean.
Daily disinfection of beach trash containers and litter bins.
Users must make responsible use of the beach. The location of personal objects like towels, deck chairs and alike will be held so that guarantee a security perimeter of 2 m compared to other users.

Easy Touch

The fingerprint payment method, that is already in use, will be encouraged.
It will be operational from the opening day. At each payment point there will be hydroalcoholic gel available. In addition, the cash register employee will proceed to the disinfection of the device before and after each customer payment.

Gym

Installation of hydroalcoholic solution dispensers.
Limited capacity and safety distance.
Time Table system with prior reservation for teacher class and also individual sessions in the gym.
Cleaning of each weight and machine after individual use.
The use of a personal towel is mandatory.
