• e-Devesa Bungalows equipped with solar energy with 85% self-sufficiency and Tamariu Bungalows adapted to solar energy with pilot tests up to 90% self-sufficiency.
• Ventilated facades to reduce the use of air conditioners.

• Redistribute the energy of the batteries to be able to take advantage of them during the night cycle.
