New Update May 2021
We are open from May 14th, respecting sanitary measures and protocols to continue fighting the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
To do this, we want to remind our customers that we will continue to adopt the measures started last season. That is why we remind you of the most important:
- Respect the minimum safety distance of 2 meters and use the mask even if you can maintain this distance.
- Wash your hands often with soap or hydroalcoholic solution.
- Avoid greetings with physical contact.
- Follow the directions of staff and informational signs in all areas.
- Notify reception staff if you have any symptoms.
Regarding the masks:
We remind you that the use of a mask is mandatory in shops, reception, access to toilets buildings, supermarket, greengrocers and access to the bars and restaurants. Also when traveling to these services.
The use of the mask IS NOT MANDATORY in the pool area or at the beach. Or when you are sunbathing. Neither on your pitch or bungalow.
It is important to use the mask when traveling around the campsite and when you have people near you.
By protecting yourself, you protect others.

The Campings in Girona Association promotes a plan for the Girona campsites to reopen with maximum security
We have received a visit from the technicians of the Campings in girona Association to check our protocols and hygiene measures for our opening. And they have given us the WeCare seal because we follow right on all protocols.
Also they help us with personalized advice to prepare a reopening with maximum guarantees of hygiene and safety. This is the objective of the WeCare initiative that the Campings in girona Association has launched.
Before and during the summer, personalized advice will be carried out, with visits by the Association’s technicians to help resolve doubts regarding the application of the mandatory protocols established by the Spanish Government.

Le 19 juin, nous avons enfin ouvert nos portes pour que vous profitiez de vacances bien méritées.
Aujourd’hui, plus que jamais, nous savons que une des choses qui vous inquiète le plus est la sécurité lorsque vous voyagez après tout ce que nous avons vécu.
Pour cette raison, et afin que vous puissiez continuer à vous sentir chez vous, nous avons travaillé pour que votre séjour à La Ballena Alegre soit totalement sûr avec des protocoles de nettoyage pour vous protéger et prendre soin et, bien sûr, en suivant le plan rigoureux des autorités sanitaires.

Report de la date d’ouverture
Cet été sera plus court mais bientôt nous serons ouverts pour profiter du camping et du cadre passionnant qui nous entoure.
Nous continuons à travailler et à nous adapter aux normes européennes et espagnoles, donc pour le moment nous devons reporter la date d’ouverture au 19 juin.
Nous avons hâte de vous voir et de vous montrer les nouvelles de cette année.

In case you have a reservation, we inform you:
If you have contracted the Cancellation Insurance, the Insurance company informs us that insurance does not cover epidemics or pandemics.
In case the campsite is forced to change opening dates due to the fact that the competent authorities declare us as a risk area or any other reason that forbid us providing the service, we will refund the total amount paid so far at no cost of cancellation. (Payment of cancellation insurance is not refundable)

Nouvelle date d’ouverture prévue 2020
Chers clients,
Dans le Camping Bungalow Resort & Spa La Ballena Alegre nous travaillons dur pour vous offrir toutes les améliorations et nouvelles, et faire de cette saison 2020 une expérience mémorable. Pour ça et en raison des circonstances actuelles, nous avons reporté la date d’ouverture de nos installations au jeudi 28 mai 2020, lorsque les autorités autorisent l’ouverture.
D’autre part, la crise actuelle nous oblige à prendre des décisions plus énergiques suite aux suggestions des autorités sanitaires pour la prévention et le contrôle de l’infection Covid-19 dans notre pays.
Ce sont des moments difficiles pour tous mais très bientôt nous pourrons profiter du soleil, de la plage, des activités et surtout partager des moments inoubliables.
Notre enthousiasme et notre engagement sont en cours. L’équipe de La Ballena Alegre est à votre disposition pour vous aider .
