New Update May 2021
We are open from May 14th, respecting sanitary measures and protocols to continue fighting the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
To do this, we want to remind our customers that we will continue to adopt the measures started last season. That is why we remind you of the most important:
- Respect the minimum safety distance of 2 meters and use the mask even if you can maintain this distance.
- Wash your hands often with soap or hydroalcoholic solution.
- Avoid greetings with physical contact.
- Follow the directions of staff and informational signs in all areas.
- Notify reception staff if you have any symptoms.
Regarding the masks:
We remind you that the use of a mask is mandatory in shops, reception, access to toilets buildings, supermarket, greengrocers and access to the bars and restaurants. Also when traveling to these services.
The use of the mask IS NOT MANDATORY in the pool area or at the beach. Or when you are sunbathing. Neither on your pitch or bungalow.
It is important to use the mask when traveling around the campsite and when you have people near you.
By protecting yourself, you protect others.

The Campings in Girona Association promotes a plan for the Girona campsites to reopen with maximum security
We have received a visit from the technicians of the Campings in girona Association to check our protocols and hygiene measures for our opening. And they have given us the WeCare seal to give OK on all protocols.
Also they help us with personalized advice to prepare a reopening with maximum guarantees of hygiene and safety. This is the objective of the WeCare initiative that the Campings in girona Association has launched.
Before and during the summer, personalized advice will be carried out, with visits by the Association’s technicians to help resolve doubts regarding the application of the mandatory protocols established by the Spanish Government.

Postponement of opening date
This summer will be shorter but soon we will be open to enjoy the camping and the exciting setting that surrounds us.
We continue to work and adapt to European and Spanish standards, so for the moment we have to postpone the opening date to June 19th.

Daarom werkt de camping er al aan om u een veilige en rustige vakantie te garanderen. We wachten op de richtlijnen van de autoriteiten om de maatregelen die we al aan het implementeren in onze teams zijn uit te breiden.

Indien u een reservering heeft, informeren wij je:
Als u de annuleringsverzekering heeft afgesloten, heeft de verzekeringsmaatschappij ons laten weten dat de verzekering geen epidemieën of pandemieën dekt.
In het geval dat de camping gedwongen wordt om de openingsdatum te wijzigen vanwege het feit dat de bevoegde autoriteiten ons verklaren als een risicogebied, of om een andere reden dan ook die ons verbiedt om de service te verlenen, zullen we het totale tot dusver betaalde bedrag terugbetalen zonder annuleringskosten.

Nieuwe geplande openingsdatum 2020
Beste klanten,
Vanuit Camping Bungalow Resort & Spa La Ballena Alegre zijn we er hard aan te werken om verbeteringen en nieuwe diensten aan te u te bieden en dit seizoen 2020 wederom onvergetelijk te maken. Om dit mogelijk te maken en vanwege de huidige omstandigheden hebben we hebben de openingsdatum van onze faciliteiten uitgesteld tot donderdag 28 mei 2020, zolang de autoriteiten dit toestaan.
Ook dwingt de huidige crisis ons tot het nemen van strengere maatregelen en zullen we ter alle tijden de gezondheidsautoriteiten advies voor de preventie en bestrijding van Covid-19-infectie in ons land opvolgen.
Het zijn voor iedereen moeilijke tijden, maar al snel zullen we weer van de zon, het strand, de activiteiten en, belangrijker nog, onvergetelijke momenten samen, kunnen genieten.
Ons enthousiasme en onze inzet gaan door. Het team van La Ballena Alegre staat tot uw beschikking om u te helpen waar het nodig zou zijn
