We offer various treatments, such as osteopathy and exclusive massages such as the Empordà, which promotes relaxation through an aromatic cocktail, or Roots and Dreams, an experience that combines foot reflexology with cranial, facial, scapular and cervical massages, providing a deep sense of wellbeing.
Thermal Circuit
Sauna
Dry heat at 85ºC. Treats the effects of thermotherapy such as vasodilation, increased heart and respiratory rate, sedation, and balance regulation.
Steam baths
Moist heat at 50ºC. The steam benefits the respiratory system and the temperature favours blood circulation. Provides mental and muscular relaxation.
Salt cabin
Halotherapy. Great therapeutic benefits in preventing joint disorders, fatigue, stress, cardiovascular and treating respiratory and skin diseases.
Ice cabin
It tones and reactivates our body and mind, activates blood circulation and creates a stimulating action on the nerves. It stimulates the blood by improving its circulation.
