Conditions of contract

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR BUNGALOWS

The following conditions are accepted at the time of booking:

  1. Reservation:
    The reservation is personal and non-transferable. It will be considered confirmed once the deposit has been received. The contracted period cannot be modified (neither reduced nor extended) and must be paid in full. The campsite reserves the right to change the accommodation for another of equivalent characteristics at any time.
  2. Equipment:
    The bungalows are equipped with cutlery and kitchen utensils depending on the number of beds. They also include bed linen, towel sets and Internet connection (Optical Fiber). Cots and high chairs are available on request when booking.
  3. Check-in & Check-out:
    The bungalow will be available to the client from 17:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after this time, you must notify reception. Check-out must take place before 10:00 on the contracted day of departure.
  4. Pets
    Pets are not allowed in the bungalow.
  5. Occupancy:
    Occupancy may not exceed the maximum number of places allowed according to the model of bungalow booked. No additional tents are allowed next to the bungalow. Only one vehicle per bungalow is allowed.
  6. Payments:
    The deposit, equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the stay, must be paid by credit card at the time of booking online. Upon receipt of this payment, the booking will be confirmed by email. The remaining amount must be paid before arrival. You will receive a notice 14 days before the arrival date with a link to pay by credit card. The tourist tax is subject to possible changes.
  7. Security deposit:
    Camping La Ballena Alegre reserves the right to store the TOKEN of the customer’s credit card (TOKEN: a value that securely represents the card details, allowing the payment to be completed without exposing this information). This allows us to cover possible damages caused by the client or non-compliance with the cleaning conditions. At the end of the stay, our staff will inspect the bungalow together with the client. If everything is in order, the token will not be used.
  8. Cancellation of the contract:
    If the reservation holder does not occupy the bungalow within 24 hours of the planned arrival date, without prior written notice, the contract will be automatically cancelled and the amount paid will be forfeited. Camping La Ballena Alegre reserves the right to re-offer the bungalow for rent.
  9. Cancellation of the reservation:
  10. In case of cancellation, 25% of the deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made between 31 and 50 days before the date of arrival, 50% will be forfeited. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR PLOTS PLUS

The following conditions are accepted at the time of booking:

  1. Reservation:
    The booking is personal and non-transferable and is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received. The campsite reserves the right to change the allocated pitch for another of equivalent characteristics at any time.
  2. Contracted period:
    The contracted period cannot be modified (neither reduced nor extended) and must be paid in full.
  3. Equipment:
    The PLUS plot has a European type electricity connection (10A), as well as water and sewage connection. Internet connection (Optical Fiber) is available at an additional cost.
  4. Check-in & Check-out:
    The pitch will be available to the client from 13:00 on the contracted day of arrival. Departure must be before 12:00 noon on the contracted day of departure.
  5. Domestic animals:
    Clients with dogs can only stay in the PLUS DOG pitches, located in an area specially designed for them.
  6. Occupation:
    The maximum occupancy per pitch is 6 people and one vehicle. In high season, the minimum stay is 7 days.
  7. Payments:
    The deposit, equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the stay, must be paid by credit card at the time of booking online. Once payment has been received, the booking will be confirmed by email.     If the pitch is not occupied by the owner on the day of arrival or before 12:00 noon the following day, without prior written notice, the contract will be automatically cancelled and the entire deposit will be forfeited. Camping La Ballena Alegre reserves the right to re-offer the pitch for rent.
  9. Cancellation of the reservation:
